I have created a very friendly 1st grade one-stop shop site for educational links. Please feel free to use these links when you permit your child to use the computer. I strongly encourage students to play the addition games, subtraction games and the general math games. There are also books they can have read to them and books they can read themselves along with lots of other games. At the bottom (on the left side if you use the arrow down) are brainteasers that we use in class during transitions. The kids love these games and are a great way to challenge students. If your child is looking for something to do over winter break, send them to this site.
