The Environmental Education committee needs your help! n the remaining months of the 2011-12 school year, we are putting together a touch table for Glendale students. These tables encourage children to look AND touch items from our environment. Each month, we’ll have a theme, and March is all about BIRDS! If you have anything that is bird related-stuffed birds, owls, etc., and are willing to have children in kindergarten through 5th grade touching, researching, and learning about, please bring it to your child’s classroom teacher by February 28th. For future planning, April is all about shells and sand, and May is all about animal habitats and homes.
