Stages Theatre Field Trip Form - Due 3/29/12

Coming home today in your child's binder is a Stages Field Trip form. The field trip is on April 26 however, forms are due no later than next Thursday, March 29. Please ensure your child brings in his/her form by the deadline or before. Our guest teacher will be keeping track of the forms. If you should need another copy, please free free to download below. You are welcome to contribute towards a scholarship for families that aren't able to afford the extra expense. There is also room for 2 parent volunteers if interested.
