Classroom Facebook Page

I've been reading more and more about classrooms using Facebook as another communication tool for parents. Currently the district and Glendale have Facebook pages for the intention of parent communication. Many teachers are now using Facebook in addition to parent newsletters, websites or blogs. Therefore, I have created a classroom Facebook page with the intention that I would like to try this additional tool and see how parents like it. I will still keep my blog as I think it offers numerous resources that Facebook cannot. However, I will copy our weekly blog updates and possibly Twitter feeds onto our classroom Facebook page. It will just be another option for checking news in our classroom. You pick the best resource that works for you. Feedback is always welcome!
